Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

  • Located in Echota, this home gives guests secure gated access.
  • This property has one camera pointing at the walkway leading to the front door. No other cameras are present at the property.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Pets are not permitted in Echota due to community regulations.
  • Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be added with notice of at least 7 nights prior to arrival. One-night packages are $25 and provide 2 wrapped bundles of split logs and a firestarter.
  • All Echota homes have an additional amenity fee of $15/day in order to maintain the amenities, capped at $70 total for your stay. If you are staying more than 5 nights, please reach out to us so that we can manually override this fee.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
    • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
    • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
    • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • This home can comfortably park 4 vehicles. Free parking is provided.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with cooking basics and utensils.
  • There is a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Bed linens and towels are provided.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
  • Amenities include: Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer, High-Speed Internet, Toaster, Stove, Oven, Ice-maker, Climate control, Patio, Garden, Hot Tub, and Free Parking.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • AWD/4WD is required in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
